1Information We Collect & How It Is Handled

Fincalq 360 is built with privacy as a foundational principle. We do not operate centralized cloud servers that harvest, monitor, or store your personal financial data.

When you enter financial inputs (such as net worth figures, loan amounts, interest rates, cash flow projections, or asset categories), this information is stored strictly locally on your device within the app's encrypted sandbox.

  • We do not ask for or collect your name, physical address, or phone number.
  • We never connect to or scrape your online banking credentials, passwords, or credit card accounts.
  • Your financial calculations never leave your phone.

2Third-Party Services

To maintain the application and provide optional premium features, Fincalq 360 integrates with reputable, standard third-party services:

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

For users purchasing Fincalq 360 Pro, purchases are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RevenueCat securely validates subscription receipts and status. No credit card or banking details are shared with us.

Google AdMob (Free Tier)

Free users may see mobile ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may utilize standard mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) according to your device consent settings. Upgrading to Pro completely removes all advertisements.

3Data Security & Retention

Because Fincalq 360 stores your financial dossiers locally on your device, security is backed by your device's operating system level sandboxing and native hardware encryption (such as iOS Keychain and Android Encrypted Storage).

We retain zero financial records on our side. You maintain complete custody of your calculation history at all times.

4Your Rights & Data Deletion

Immediate Local Deletion: You can purge all calculations and dossiers at any moment by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app from your device.
Account & Data Deletion Portal: In compliance with Google Play and Apple guidelines, you can also submit a data deletion request via our Account & Data Deletion Portal.
No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information.

5Children's Privacy

Fincalq 360 does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate measures.
